COVID-19 Update

A Message to our Valued Customers,

DAS is open and maintaining normal operations.

As COVID-19 continues to impact our communities, Dealer Automotive Services is committed to doing what we feel is best for our customers, our Associates, and the public.  As an Essential and Necessary business, DAS distributes and installs parts, accessories and equipment to our customers in direct link with local, state and federal agencies as well as delivery trucks that provide critical supplies and services throughout the area.

We are following the guidance of health experts from the World Health Organization (WHO), U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and local health departments on preventing the spread of the COVID-19 virus. We are reminding our employees about frequent hand washing, regular cleaning, and disinfecting our facilities and equipment. We are also asking that our drivers and employees stay home from work if they feel sick.

Our goal is to continue servicing our customers during this trying time. We will be adjusting the way we live and work to ensure a safe working environment for all.  During this time our hours are:

Open Monday through Friday

8:00 am to 4:30 pm

We are asking that all customers maintain the 6 foot social distancing perimeter while on our premises.  If you come to our store to drop off your vehicle, please consider using our key drop that is located in the large overhead garage door on the east side of our building.  Please be aware that we will be disinfecting the keys and/or key fob when we receive it and also disinfecting door handles and common areas of all vehicles before we drive them.

If you do come into the store, please try to maintain 6′ social distancing from others.  If you are dropping off a hose or other products, please utilize the table in our showroom.  If we ask you to sign a document, please feel free to take the pen you use with you.  If we ship you a package we understand that you may have questions as to whether it is safe to receive and handle the shipment.  The WHO and CDC have stated that the likelihood of catching the COVID-19 virus by touching cardboard is low.

Clearly, the guidance regarding COVID-19 changes frequently.  Please know that we will adjust our practices as warranted and continue to do whatever is necessary to protect our Associates and customers.  We are confident we will all get through these trying times by working together and being vigilant.  Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
